Making Templates on the iPad

I've been playing around with making templates using my iPad.  My intent is that I can whip open the iPad and draw designs wherever I am.  The app I am using is ArtRage3.  Here's the first template I've actually printed out and cut using this method.

Actually, I'm trying to make designs that I could use for card making so these will need to be designed to be cut from cardstock.  Delicate designs that I can cut with paper, become clumsy and rough with thicker material.  The learning curve for both getting to know the app and designing for cardstock has been a little steep.  At the moment I think I may be over the hump or at least over the first hump.

This is the piece cut out.

Love the design and that it looks dimensional. You are a techie figuring out an app on your IPAD!

Lovely. Organic and graphic. I think I have the opposite problem, I'm used to cutting cardstock or thicker rather than paper. An aha! moment for me why I tend to make my silhouettes too heavy.
