One Successful Project Down

I have finishted the scherenschnitte project for my Granddaughter's bedroom at my house. It makes me pretty happy, though I am fighting the temptation to do it all over again to fix the "oopses."

Your snips are lovely! And certainly not like the ones I think of when I hear of scherenschnitte.

I think I'm getting excited for your Grand Daughter's visit -- I can't imagin how you must be waiting for her arrival!

Gorgeous! You should enter it in the CSI challenge this week. For a link to that site go to my blog. This project would probably win!!!!

Oh, Jan, this is beautiful! I think these would be so popular on etsy! Perfect gift for wedding, birthday or any occasion! Personalized items are the best! I want to make one for ME! :) You are so talented!

So sweet! But no saccharin or splenda or any of those things. I like your hummingbird nectar too. Reminds me of the time I was making hardboiled eggs . . . Did you know you can melt aluminum bottom pans on an ordinary stove?

Lovely snipping! I like how you cut in a bit of nature with her initials. I hope you'll be able to do some fabulous art with your grandaughter when she visits. Have lots of fun!

Oh, Jan, what a wonderful gift idea, and such a GREAT series of cuts. It turned out so lovely! Of course we all make mistakes on our cuts, but... noone else notices them like we do. Well done!!

This is a perfect idea for a custom etsy offering.
