Kindergarten Sculpture with Toobers and Zots

My first day back at school was pretty good. And how about the fact that I am still awake beyond my bedtime! And making videos! Yea!

You know, I think at that age I would have loved using my imagination to create a specific thing like that! I still do! LOL.
Your job is just so much fun, Jan!!! I wish I could be your assistant! Did I tell you that after 30 years as an RN, I have applied for a job as a teachers assistant at a local middle school??? I am keeping my fingers crossed because I think I will really love it! I want to consider myself a RETIRED RN!!!

You have more energy than I do at this point of my life. I used to teach Kindergarten and loved every minute of it!

I never heard of Toobers and Zots - the things I miss by not having kids. Looks like lots of fun.

Oh I love the printmaking song! May I use it? I also teach elementary art and I have a great song for order of operations;

color, cut, glue glue
color, cut, glue glue
color, cut, glue glue
that's what we do!

It helps my kinders automatically know what has to happen on every project. That way I have no one trying to paint or color over a gluey wet piece of paper that just tears apart.

So fun! Do you think this is how Felix DeWeldon got his start?

I think playground equipment companies should consider hiring these kids. I certainly would like to play on giant size versions of their creations! Love the music with the video!
