Grandma Jan's Suitcase

When Grandma is an elementary art teacher, this is how she packs her bag when she comes to visit.

Throw in jeans, tee shirt, couple of pair of "drawers," and a few more items and we're pretty much good to go.

I'll be in L.A. at 8 something tonight and will be there all week. PapaMark couldn't come, which makes me sad. Hopefully he will have eaten all the Christmas leftovers before I get back home.

Anyone that packs their suitcase like that is welcomed in my home, too! It looks like you've got all the essentails covered.

Happy travels and best wishes for the New Year.

You must be the most fun grandma ever! I hope you have the best time Jan, sorry M. couldn't make it. I can't wait to hear all about your trip. You are the kind of grandma I hope to be!

Hilarious packing! Have a great New Year. We are currently celebrating New Year's Eve as I write with stinky cheese, hmmmm. The weather outside is 35 degrees celcius. Ah, hot weather and stinky cheese, there's nothing like it. Have a good one Jan!
