Wedding Snip

A wedding snip with flying bride and groom a la Marc Chagal.

I'm playing with the idea of opening a shop on Etsy. When people ask me about purchasing my snips, I feel so awkward about it all. If I can direct them to a shop then I won't have to be "present" for the awkward part. Somehow, I don't think that is the attitude that enterpreneurs have, so I guess I'm not one of those. I just want to snip and then have some place to put them.

I just found your blog today! I used to teach art to children...your experiences bring back all those memories and excitement...perhaps I will find a way to get back into teaching again.
An Etsy shop would be fun! I'm bookmarking you right now....looking forward to seeing your opening!

Yes, yes, yes to the Etsy shop! I can see why you have people inquiring about purchasing your snips. I think this one is fantastic, and I like your inspiration for it!

I know - it's weird selling something you just do. I too used to feel awkward, but with a shop you just direct them to it and avoid the "how much" business. I think you need to open an etsy shop your stuff is stunning. I'll be sure to direct people.

I would love it if you started an Etsy shop! I started mine almost a year ago and it is something fun and an easy way to get your artwork out there! Try it.
