Abandoned

I think I've done all that I'm going to do on this wee little house. The chimney and porch roof were added on Thursday.
It reminds me of old barns that have advertising painted on them. Or an abandoned mercantile.
Ed Stuff:
I was thinking just now about how I go back and revise and edit and add on. Art work. Blogs. Lots of things. Then my mind went to how kids will ask me near the end of a lesson if they have to finish their work in that one art period. The answer is more often than not, yes. My classroom space is just not set up to have more than seven lessons going on at one time. (That is even considering the fact that I try to teach similar media to all seven grade levels at the same time.) That then makes me wonder about Choice Based Art Education again. If you actually had enormous amounts of storage space and stations that allowed for multiple choices of media, that would allow students to come back to works and revise, rework and edit.
And wouldn't it be nice if budgets were deep wells of flowing cash...

Hi Snippety, thanks for your comment on my 'Double Elephant' blog (http://doubleelephant.blogspot.com). I enjoyed reading your blog, and its link through to Sharon Mount's Tiny Buildings blog. I'd like to put a link to your blog on mine - is that OK? It's great to know people are reading it! Best wishes, Sara

I love your small houses, I think soon you will have a small village. I like your paper cut bikes too, my husband is an avid biker and I made him a bicycle mosaic once. It's a treat to see what other people are up to.
