| Third graders... I have taught some of these kids since they were in preschool. I will miss spending time with 8 year olds who must be the happiest people on the planet. |

| The time is flying by faster than I would have imagined. As of this morning, there were only 11 days left in my full time teaching career. It is incredibly exciting, but I admit that it is a little scary too. |

Thinking about you and hoping you enjoy retirement as much as I do, and that you find ways to stay connected with kids and art! Of course you'll have a lot of time to snip, but also take time to enjoy the out-of-doors and do the things you always wanted to do but never has time for! Congratulations and good luck!
Congratulations on your retirement! I'm right there with you! I'm going to miss some things about teaching art full time, but I think I will get over it.:-) I did go today for an interview to teach just 12 hours a week...we'll see. I hope you enjoy every minute and do all the things you've put aside as you gave of yourself to all those little ones. Best Wishes!! Vicki
