Elementary Stitchery - Threading a Needle

This is how I teach my students in grades K through 5 how to thread a needle.

The threader tool I use is a piece of copper wire that I wrapped around a pen. I used masking tape to tape the ends.

I'm pretty sure your little video just saved me a HUGE headache and saved my students some major frustrating moments. Thanks!

Wow - what an easy way to do this. Most of my kids are successful with my method of 'wrap, pinch, push & pull' for threading a needle but your 'needle threader' would help EVERYONE thread a needle correctly, first time, everytime! I have plenty of thin wire to make some of these - thanks so much for sharing!!!
