Oh my gosh, these paintings are GORGEOUS - this is so cool! Do you know of anybody who has actually participated in one of these events? Or was this something you just came across on the internet?
Interesting, at the very least! Have we gotten so far away from doing "art" for the sake of doing rrt that we have to connect it to "community" and "spirituality?"
Maybe doing something "arty" for myself is selfish. Anyone have a feeling about this? I'm not all bah-humbug on large scale projects. Many hands lighten the load and all.
Honestly, I didn't mean to post this to this blog. I thought I was posting it to my blog, "Art Room Videos." I park videos there that I want to remember. My thinking was that this would be a good Art Club project. jan
That's a great video and I also think it would be great fun for art club to do something similar. I liked the way they took photos of the finished work in the center and the people were lying down around the work like a human kaleidoscope.
WOW! I'm definitely going to look into this. It just so happens I'm curriculum writing this week and will share with the other art teachers. So glad you posted to this blog;)

Very cool! I was thinking of how it could be used at work to help with team building!
