The more I snip bees, the more I like them. They really have a beautiful shape.
I'm enjoying my summer break. Today we did an exploratory bike ride today over in DC and Maryland on a trail we have observed, but never have riden. Touring new places is my favorite kind of bike ride. A little of this. A little of that. You get lost a little bit. You see something new. I like that. The weather was perfect too. There were some unexpected steep hills, which are never landforms I enjoy pedaling up. Around mile 22 I felt too pooped to pop. The last 3 miles were not as much fun as the first 22, but I made it.
And I felt good enough after lunch to do some snipping.
