Mail Art

This is an envelope that I will be sending to Stephanie Miguet, a scherenschnitte artist in France. She and her husband have a blog together called, Postnomade, which I have mentioned before. The art they make, collect and display on this blog is mainly the art envelopes that have been addressed, stamped, mailed, and have arrived at their door. So this piece still needs my return address, Stephanie's address, stamps, etc. I hope that the paper cutting survives the trip.

Beautiful ~ I love the little winged elves with those tiny scissors. Have you done anything to it to assure its safe arrival through delivery?

Thanks for stopping by - I'm always curious to know how people have found me too! I found you through comments you left on Rob Ryan's blog.

wow, nice work! i hope it survives, too. you are brave to send it away, and all the way to France-- uncovered and open to the elements. i am not sure i am there yet. hmmm... we will see. still, let us know when you hear that it arrived. :-)
