Mark and I rode our bikes from our friends' home in Alexandria to DC today. The Cherry Blossom Festival was in full swing and it was my first time at the festival. On the way, as we were on the bike path along the George Washington Parkway, we spotted this pair of bald eagles. What a treat! That was my favorite part of the day.

It was beautiful! Under those white and light pink blossoms it looked like a blizzard. So beautiful!!!
